Reader Help: Gas Lanterns

Morning friends! Quick question today because I have a busy morning. Kip mentioned wanting to replace the outdoor lights on our house with gas lanterns (obviously inspired by the homes in Charleston). After doing a little dance, I realized that's my cue to make his casual mention happen stat. Any advice? How do we do it? Where can we get them? I could probably just google it but I thought y'all might be able to help.
